Microdosing Architect AI

Stop copying protocols designed for someone else's life and nervous system.

Instead of trying to piece together protocols you found on Reddit or podcasts, Microdosing Architect AI gives you a structured way to think through what actually makes sense for your brain.

Because at some point, it stops being about finding a “better” protocol. It becomes about understanding why nothing you’ve tried has fully clicked yet.

This system helps you build something that is grounded in your biology, your life, and the way your ADHD actually shows up day to day.

Wendy's research brain in your pocket

If you’re anything like me, you’ve already gone down more research rabbit holes than you can count.

Imagine having access to someone who has spent thousands of hours studying ADHD neurobiology, metabolic ecology, mitochondrial function, nervous system regulation, and psychoactive substances—and who has also spent years working with people to understand how stress, trauma, and real life actually shape the way those systems function.

That’s what Microdosing Architect AI is designed to feel like.

It’s an interactive AI guide trained on my research library and my custom protocol design frameworks, built specifically around ADHD physiology and the way different substances interact with a stressed, adaptive nervous system.

Because this isn’t just about the substances.

It’s about understanding how your nervous system responds to stress, how your body allocates energy, how your environment impacts your baseline—and how all of that shapes whether something works, doesn’t work, or works for a while and then stops.

No more trying to make sense of fragmented information from the internet or generic information AI gives you in a chat. This system helps guide you step by step, so you can actually know what fits your life.

People don’t explore microdosing just to follow a protocol. They explore it because they want their life to feel different.

  • They want to finally get their brain to cooperate when it's time to work.
  • They want to stop snapping at the people they love when their nervous system gets overloaded.
  • They want to rediscover creativity, curiosity, or motivation in the things that matter to them.
  • They want to not lose their shit (literally and figuratively) when life gets chaotic.

Microdosing Architect AI helps you take everything you’ve been trying to piece together and turn it into a clear, structured framework that supports how you actually want to show up in your life.

Wendy's research. Your protocol.

Personalized Protocol Design

Design a protocol built around your goals, biology, and daily reality instead of a something that works for someone else's life.

Guidance Whenever You Need It

Whether you're deep in a late-night research rabbit hole or revisiting your protocol months later, the system is there whenever you need help thinking through decisions.

Metabolic Ecology Framework

Understand the biological context that shapes how substances interact with ADHD nervous systems — including sleep, stress, supplements, and metabolic factors.

Research-Driven Guidance

Every response draws from Wendy’s research into ADHD neurobiology, nervous system regulation, metabolic ecology, and the factors that shape how different compounds effect an individual, specifically an individual with ADHD living a stressful life.

Your Protocol Comes Into Focus Over Time

As you work through the system, your answers are organized into a coherent protocol design you can revisit and refine as you learn what works for you.

How Microdosing Architect AI Works

Once you enroll, you get access to a secure, interactive system — not a static PDF or a generic chatbot. This is a structured, step-by-step journey through five phases of protocol design, each one building on the last.

Your access is organized into five focused phases so you're never overwhelmed. Each one has a specific job. Each one feeds the next.

Goal Clarity

Define the specific outcomes you want microdosing to support — not vague hopes like "better focus," but clear anchors that guide every decision that follows.

Metabolic Ecology Check-In

You've probably heard that "set" matters. Here, set goes beyond mindset. You'll map your entire internal terrain — nervous system baseline, sleep patterns, supplements, medications, and metabolic factors that shape how different substances may interact with your system.

Setting & Intention

Assess the context your protocol will exist within. Your stress levels, environment, support systems, and the intention guiding the process all have a profound effect on outcomes. Context shapes results far more than most people realize.

Substance Evaluation

With your goals, biology, and environment mapped, evaluate which substances may actually make sense for your brain — based on your metabolic ecology, your schedule, and how you want to show up in the world.

Protocol Design

Design the full structure of your protocol — dosing rhythm, integration practices, nervous system regulation, and the daily structure that helps you make the most of the shifts in attention, perception, and habits microdosing can open up.

This isn't just more information that you'll never apply to your life.

It's a framework for designing thoughtful experiments that fit your actual life.

Hi, I'm Wendy

I'm a researcher specializing in the intersection of microdosing, ADHD, and neuroscience. I have ADHD myself and I'm a mother of two teenagers, one with special needs. I developed this expertise initially to support my son, which led me deep into studying how brains actually work. Thousands of hours later, I co-host the Psychedelic Revelations podcast with Dana Harvey and write the Wendy Goes Deep Substack focused on neuroscience research. My approach is grounded in research and evidence, not wellness trends.

My framework for microdosing with ADHD is based on metabolic ecology rather than the traditional "chemical imbalance" model. ADHD symptoms arise from dysregulated systems running on depleted body budgets, not just low dopamine. This means effective microdosing protocols must account for your specific goals, your internal state, your external environment, and your intention before considering substance and dosing. Generic protocols fail because they start with the substance. Personalized protocols work because they start with you. That is exactly what Microdosing Architect is built to do.

I'm committed to putting rigorous, citizen science research into the hands of the people who need it and can't find it anywhere else. Whether you're here for free resources or ready to design your protocol, my mission is the same: evidence-based guidance that respects the complexity of your ADHD brain, because pleasure, purpose, joy, and curiosity are the foundations for a successful life.

Why I Built It This Way

A few intentional choices went into how this system is designed — and they were made with you in mind.

Your privacy matters. Your microdosing journey is deeply personal. This system is built on enterprise-grade infrastructure so your data stays secure and within your control — not sitting on a third-party startup's server.

It's environmentally responsible. AI doesn't have to be a resource hog. This system is built on one of the most energy-efficient AI infrastructures available. Running a query uses roughly the same energy as a standard web search. And by organizing your journey into focused phases rather than one massive context window, the system processes only what's relevant — reducing energy use further.

It should be accessible. Traditional coaching packages that get into this level of personalization run $1,200 or more. This system delivers the same depth of curated, research-backed guidance at a fraction of that cost — because financial barriers shouldn't stand between you and the life you long for.

Your Journey Is Yours Alone

Your microdosing protocol is deeply personal. What you're working through, what you're hoping to change, what you share along the way — none of that should live on a startup's server or feed someone else's algorithm.

Microdosing Architect AI was intentionally built with that in mind.

  • You own your conversations. Your sessions happen inside your own secure account. Wendy provides the research framework and the architecture — but she cannot see your chats, read your reflections, or access your protocol. What you share stays with you.
  • You are not the product. Your data is not used to train AI models or serve you ads. Your reflections don't leave your private space.
  • It's built on infrastructure you can trust. The system runs on the same enterprise-grade security used by global financial and healthcare institutions. Not because we're trying to impress you — because you deserve that standard of care for something this personal.
  • It's also easy on the planet. The AI powering this system uses roughly the same energy as a standard web search. You can work through your protocol with a clear conscience.

Frequently Asked Questions

Generic AI pulls answers from across the entire internet — which means you get a mix of Reddit threads, wellness blogs, outdated studies, and general information that wasn't designed for your situation. Microdosing Architect AI draws exclusively from Wendy's curated research library and structured protocol design framework, built specifically around ADHD physiology, metabolic ecology, and psychoactive substances.. The difference is both the structure and the source materials. Instead of answering isolated questions, this system guides you through a sequential process where each phase informs the next. You're not just getting information. You're being guided through a process.

First, it's important to understand that microdosing is a method—the practice of taking very small amounts of a substance—not a substance itself. While microdosing is often associated with classic psychedelics like psilocybin and LSD, the method applies to many substances.

Many participants in the program are professionals—lawyers, teachers, nurses, medical professionals—who are interested in learning what substances could help their ADHD within their legal and professional constraints. Because of this, the program explores a wide range of psychoactive substances, not just classic psychedelics.

We review research on substances that have been shown to help ADHD symptoms, including legal plant allies like blue lotus, pink lotus, amanita, red lotus, and others, as well as classic psychedelics like psilocybin, LSD, and various forms of mescaline. The goal is to help you understand what the research shows about different options so you can make informed decisions about what's accessible, legal, and appropriate for your situation.

I don't provide substances. You're responsible for sourcing and legal compliance in your area. The program focuses on education, research, and personalized protocol development across the full spectrum of possibilities.

No. The framework was designed around ADHD physiology — the specific ways dopamine regulation, nervous system sensitivity, sleep disruption, and metabolic factors interact with microdosing. But you don't need a formal diagnosis to benefit from that lens. Many people who resonate with ADHD-specific content have never been diagnosed, or were diagnosed late, or simply recognize that their nervous system operates in ways this framework addresses. If the problem sounds familiar, the Microdosing Architect AI will be useful.

Most microdosing programs focus on teaching you how to work with one specific substance—usually psilocybin or LSD and then the protocols are specific to the substance.

The Microdosing Architect AI is substance-agnostic. The AI has been trained with a knowledgebase about different substances (psychedelic and psychoactive substances and plant allies) so you can make informed decisions about what aligns with your goals, your circumstances, and your comfort level.

This isn't about me or the AI telling you what to do. It's about sharing the knowledge and research I've gathered so you can develop a protocol that makes sense for YOU—or even decide that microdosing isn't the right choice for you right now. The focus is on informed decision-making and personalized protocol development, not following a generic schedule.

Your privacy is the primary reason I built this on Google’s Gemini infrastructure. Unlike many AI startups that store your sensitive journey on their own private servers, your Microdosing Architect experience happens within Google’s enterprise-grade security environment entirely within your own account.

This setup works for both Google Workspace and personal accounts on all levels (from free to enterprise). Here is why that matters:

  • I (Wendy) cannot see your chats: Because the system lives in your Google account, I have zero access to your specific prompts, your personal reflections, or the protocols you design. You are collaborating with the AI in a private room that I don't have a key to.

  • You are not the product: Google’s "Gems" architecture is designed so that your personal data is used only to generate your specific plan. On Workspace accounts especially, your data is NOT used to train Google's global models or fed into advertising algorithms.

  • Closed-Loop Security: You get the benefit of world-class enterprise security with the total privacy of a system that stays between you and the AI.

  • Privacy for Personal Accounts:  If you have a personal Google account, see the guide: "How to Manage Your Privacy on a Personal Google Account" inside the community.

  • Privacy for Google Workspace Accounts: If you have a Google Workspace account, see the guide: "Privacy Guide: Workspace & Solo-Entrepreneur Edition" inside the community.

Microdosing Architect AI is powered by Google Gemini. I specifically chose Gemini because I could build "Gems" which are basically customized AI experts that are hard-wired with my (Wendy Perkins Shoef's) proprietary research frameworks and ADHD-specific protocol methodologies.

Generic AI tools can often "hallucinate" or give broad, unsafe advice. By using the Gemini engine, I’ve created a structured, research-backed guide that understands the nuances of metabolic ecology and intentionality. You get the benefits of the chat conversations that we're all used to and you get answers from a custom-tuned architecture built on Google's most advanced, high-speed reasoning models.

Sustainability was a non-negotiable factor in my design. I chose Google Gemini because Google is a leader in carbon-neutral AI operations.

They don't just build the AI models and run software, they also build their own custom hardware (TPUs) specifically designed to run AI with minimal power draw. When you use the "Fast" model in the Gems, the energy required for a response is roughly equivalent to a standard Google Search.

Think of a standard AI like a huge, crowded library where the librarian is trying to do a thousand things at once.

By architecting the program into specific Gemini Gems, I "pre-loaded" the Gem with only the specific knowledge needed for that phase of your journey (e.g., just Goal Clarity or just Substance Selection).

  • Precision: The AI stays focused on the task at hand without getting distracted by unrelated data.
  • Efficiency: Because each Gem is "leaner," it uses less energy and provides faster, more accurate responses.
  • ADHD-Friendly: It helps you focus on one milestone at a time without being overwhelmed with too much information and questions at once.

This lean data approach drastically reduces computational overhead, making this one of the most eco-conscious ways to access high-level coaching through an AI powered system.

The legal status of psychedelic substances varies significantly by country, state, and even city. Microdosing Architect AI does not provide legal advice, and it is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws in your jurisdiction.  Some participants are in areas where certain substances are decriminalized or legal. Some participants live in different countries. Part of developing your protocol is making informed decisions about what's accessible and appropriate for your situation.

This system is designed for educational protocol design purposes only.

However, the system does have many substances in the knowledgebase including substances that are not classic psychedelics but are psychoactive and legal in nearly every place in the world.

No. Microdosing Architect AI is an educational system for understanding protocol design and the biological variables that may influence your experience. Nothing in this system should be interpreted as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for medical care. Wendy is a researcher and ADHD coach, not a physician. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your individual health situation, especially if you are taking medications or managing a diagnosed condition.

The system has a general awareness of some of the more common medications used to manage ADHD, because this system was designed specifically for that population. However, understanding the full scope of drug interactions — including how psychedelic substances may interact with stimulants, antidepressants, SSRIs, MAOIs, and other prescriptions — is genuinely complex, and it would be irresponsible to suggest this system can navigate that for you.

It would be unethical to attempt that kind of guidance.

However, it is important to note that the majority of conventional physicians are not legally able to discuss substances that aren't approved for prescription even if they wanted to. This means your existing medical team may not be the right resource for this conversation, not because they don't care, but because the system they operate within doesn't allow it.

For medication interaction questions specifically, I recommend consulting with a pharmacist who specializes in psychedelic therapeutics. Two resources I trust:

A consultation with either of them is worth far more than a guessed answer from any AI system, especially including this one.

Microdosing Architect AI is best suited for people who are exploring microdosing as a natural support option outside of pharmaceuticals. It is not a replacement for existing medication management. If you are actively managing a complex medication protocol, please get that conversation with a specialist before designing a microdosing protocol.

That's actually one of the most common reasons people find their way here. If a previous protocol didn't produce the results you were hoping for, it usually means one or more variables weren't accounted for:  your metabolic ecology, your nervous system state, your intention, or the substance itself wasn't the right fit for your goals. This system is designed to help you understand why something may not have worked and build something more aligned with your actual biology and life context. A failed experiment isn't a dead end. It's data.

That depends on you. Some people move through the five phases in a single focused session. Others prefer to sit with each phase for a few days before moving forward. There's no timer and no pressure. The system is available 24/7, so you can work through it at whatever pace fits your brain and your life. Many people find it useful to revisit earlier phases as they learn more about how their system responds.

Yes. Membership includes access to a private community where you can connect with others who are approaching microdosing through the same research-driven lens. This isn't a place for sourcing or anecdotal protocol swapping — it's a space for thoughtful conversation about the variables that shape outcomes, supported by Wendy's ongoing research and perspective.

Ready to stop guessing and start architecting?

There’s a point where more research stops helping, and what you actually need is a way to turn everything you’ve been learning into something coherent.

Microdosing Architect AI guides you through that process so you can build a protocol you understand, trust, and know how to evolve as your life and nervous system change.
This space is built on science, connection, and radical respect. I believe your nervous system is sacred, pleasure is a birthright, rest is essential, and life is meant to be enjoyed. ADHD is not the root cause, they are symptoms of a dysregulated nervous system. You’re not broken. Your body is divinely intelligent and is doing exactly what it was designed to do. I believe in easy practices that create lasting change, including somatics, psychedelics, mindset shifts, nervous system repair, and a little helping of magic. There is an unseen force (actually there are more than one) that shapes our lives. Science and spirituality are different sides of understanding (The explained vs the unexplained). My goal is to help you remember who the F! you are. Everything is energy. All lives are important. Black lives matter. Queer lives matter. All bodies deserve care, dignity, and support. When one of us suffers, we all suffer. And last but not least:

The best gift you can give the world is to regulate your nervous system.
