Ever felt like you've spent more time arguing with AI than actually marketing your business? You type or paste in a prompt, get something that sounds vaguely like you, rewrite half of it, decide it's still wrong, and close the laptop more frustrated than when you opened it. That's not a YOU problem, it’s not even an AI problem. That’s a systems problem.
Marketing isn't actually hard. But it gets hard fast when you don't know which direction to go and with the way social media is these days, you are drowning in options.
High ticket offers. Low ticket funnels. Selling in the DMs.
Showing up every day on social media. Be authentic. Just be yourself. Use an AI avatar.
Every guru on the internet is certain their way is the way, and even when you're trying your best to tune it out, your brain is still absorbing all of it. Still wondering which thing you should be focusing on. Still comparing yourself to the other people you’re seeing showing up. Still unsure.
Your nervous system cannot tell the difference between "I don't know which content strategy to use" and actual danger. So it does what nervous systems do under threat — it responds to the stress either by fixing, fighting, freezing, or avoiding.
Maybe you open AI hoping it'll give you some clarity. You type a prompt. You get something back that sounds vaguely like you. You try to edit it but it's still not right and you can’t figure out why. You might even yell or type a few expletives at the screen (that’s not just me, right?). After several WTF’s later, you close the laptop more frustrated than when you opened it.
That's not an AI problem because the AI is doing exactly what it was designed to do . The AI is designed to give you the most statistically likely response based on everything it's ever been trained on. Which means you get the average of everything ever written. Without knowing your business, your voice, your audience, your specific way of seeing the world, it can only give you what everyone else has already said. And you can feel that when you read it back.
This is a foundation problem. And foundation problems have solutions.
If you have ADHD (or you've spent your whole life wondering if you do) none of what I just described is a surprise. The flood of "should"s from social media or your own ruminating brain pile up. By the time you sit down to do your marketing, you've already spent most of your available energy just managing everything else.
And if you're in your 30s, 40s, or 50s, your nervous system doesn't bounce back the way it did at 22.
Life has accumulated. Responsibilities have accumulated.
The stress load is real and it's heavy and you're carrying most of it alone because that's what solo entrepreneurship actually is.
ADHD brains are not broken brains. They're brains that are exquisitely sensitive to uncertainty, that struggle with tasks that have too many steps or too many decisions, and that absolutely light up when the path is clear and the work feels meaningful.
When AI has the right foundation you don’t have to make a hundred micro-decisions before you write a single word. The uncertainty that was triggering your stress response is just... gone.
And when the uncertainty is gone, your brain can do what it's actually brilliant at.
That's not a productivity hack. That's nervous system regulation.
Marketing was never supposed to be the thing that kept you small. It's just supposed to help the right people find you.
I built this system because I needed it for my own brain first.
I have degrees in marketing and finance. Decades of experience in web development. And ADHD. I know what should work. I've studied the frameworks. And I still struggled with my own marketing for all the same reasons you do.
I'd sit down to write about my business and freeze. I never knew how to explain what I actually did. Ask my clients, and they’d say things like “life is easier” or “my business doesn’t feel so hard.” Love it! Not useful marketing language.
And when I try to explain things, I think in systems—not emotional sales language.
The cognitive load of translating everything AI needed to know into a single prompt was overwhelming.
So I stopped trying to make AI work the way everyone else teaches it… aka needing massive executive function capabilities. Instead, I reduced cognitive overload by building the architecture first. I created documents that hold all the context AI needs—my business model, my voice, my audience, my offers—so I never have to rely on lacking executive function when it’s time to sit down and do my marketing.
The system I'm teaching in this cohort is the exact same system I use to run The Success Doula. The documents you'll build aren't mock-ups or templates. They’re custom designed for you by AI.
While anyone can use this system, I designed it specifically for people whose brains work like ours.
It’s time marketing gets to be fun, not overwhelming.
We start by going over the two documents that make everything else possible — your AI Business Context Document and your Funnel Profile.
Your AI Business Context Document is exactly what it sounds like — a comprehensive document that gives AI everything it needs to know about your business. Your goals, your values, your offers, your vision. Right now every time you sit down to use AI you're essentially introducing yourself to a stranger and hoping they get it. This document means you never have to do that again.
Your Funnel Profile maps out exactly how your ideal client finds you, what they need to hear, and how they move from discovering you to working with you. Most entrepreneurs skip this and wonder why their marketing feels disconnected. This is why.
Then we’ll take a tour of the main AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini — and get you set up properly so your foundation documents live inside your AI and are always available when you need them. No more re-explaining yourself every time you open a new conversation.
This is the week you stop struggling to explain your work. We build your Offer Overview, Target Audience Document, and Brand Persona — one offer, fully documented, in words that connect your offer to a buyer.
Your Offer Overview captures exactly what you offer, who it's for, what problem it solves, and why it works — in language your people actually use. No more staring at a blank page trying to remember how to talk about your own work.
Your Target Audience Document gets specific about who you're actually talking to — not a generic ideal client avatar, but a real picture of the person who needs exactly what you offer.
Your Brand Persona captures the personality, values, and energy behind your brand so AI can represent you consistently across every piece of content you create.
This is the week your content stops sounding like everyone else. We build your Brand Voice Guide and your Story Library — the layer that makes everything AI generates actually sound like you.
Your Brand Voice Guide documents how you actually communicate — your tone, your rhythm, your words, the things you'd never say. This is what the difference between "kind of sounds like me" and "oh my god that's exactly me."
Your Story Library captures real stories from your life and business that you can draw on in your marketing. Stories are what make content memorable. They're also the hardest thing to come up with on the spot — so we build the library now so it's always there when you need it.
This is the week it all comes together. With your foundation fully built, we create your Content Strategy and your first real marketing assets — live, in the session, together.
Your Content Strategy gives you a clear, repeatable system for what to create, where to post it, and how often. No more "what should I post today" spirals.
And then we actually make content. Real posts, real captions, real marketing assets you can publish the moment the session ends. No more avoiding, it’s time to have fun telling the world about how you help them.
A brand strategist charges $150-300 an hour. Building out everything you're going to create in this program — your foundation documents, your offer architecture, your brand voice, your content strategy — would take multiple sessions and easily run $2,000-3,000. And they still wouldn't know what it's like to build a business with a brain like yours.
The program
The documents you'll build
* You will create these documents with the Business Clarity Blueprint
Bonus 1: Business Clarity Blueprint ($37 value) The AI-powered system that maps your entire business and generates your foundation documents before the program even starts — so you show up to Week 1 ready to build instead of starting from scratch.
Bonus 2: 2 months Unstuckable AI Membership ($94 value) Access to the full AI prompt library, ongoing support, and a community of solo entrepreneurs with ADHD who actually understand what building a business like this feels like.
This is exactly the right question to ask. This program is not about generating more ideas. It's about building a system that gets you from idea to published without the freeze response. The work happens live in session, not as homework. You leave each week with real documents, not more things to think about.
Probably not. Most people use AI for one-off tasks—write me a caption, give me some ideas. That's not what this is. This is about building the architecture underneath that makes everything you create with AI actually sound like you. If you've ever gotten output that felt flat or generic, you don't have the foundation yet. That's what we're building.
You're genuinely good at what you do — even if you don't fully believe it yet. You can create magic. The problem was never your ideas, your expertise, or your brain. It was that you've been trying to figure this out alone, without the foundation that makes any of it work.
That changes in four weeks. One hour a week. You leave with a complete AI-powered marketing system trained on your business, your voice, and your audience — one that works for you even when life feels like a struggle.
