Welcome to The Perimenopause Revolution Summit

I’m so excited to have you as part of this event. Below, you’ll find a form to share your session information and a calendar to book your interview. Most sessions will be interview-style, but if you prefer to submit your own presentation, just let me know in the “Additional Info” section of the form.

Please complete the form and book your session by April 30, 2024. If you’re submitting a recorded session, you’ll still need to complete the form so I have everything I need to create your expert page.

We will be using SquadCast to record. Once the event is created, I will update the Google Calendar event with the correct SquadCast link (this is not done automatically but it will be done before we record). 

  • Please allow 60 minutes. Most will only be 45 minutes.
  • We will spend the first 10-15 minutes with a tech check and going over what we'll be discussing.
  • Summit Session will be approx. 30 minutes (can be longer if it makes sense, hence why 60 minutes is allotted).
  • Then we'll do a quick check-in after we record.

This space is built on science, connection, and radical respect. I believe your nervous system is sacred, pleasure is a birthright, rest is essential, and life is meant to be enjoyed. ADHD is not the root cause, they are symptoms of a dysregulated nervous system. You’re not broken. Your body is divinely intelligent and is doing exactly what it was designed to do. I believe in easy practices that create lasting change, including somatics, psychedelics, mindset shifts, nervous system repair, and a little helping of magic. There is an unseen force (actually there are more than one) that shapes our lives. Science and spirituality are different sides of understanding (The explained vs the unexplained). My goal is to help you remember who the F! you are. Everything is energy. All lives are important. Black lives matter. Queer lives matter. All bodies deserve care, dignity, and support. When one of us suffers, we all suffer. And last but not least:

The best gift you can give the world is to regulate your nervous system.
