Breathwork is a safe and transformative practice for most people. However, adjustments may be needed for individuals with:

  • Eye issues, such as glaucoma or retinal detachment.
  • Severe cardiovascular conditions, including uncontrolled high blood pressure.
  • Uncontrolled epilepsy or a history of seizures.
  • Recent surgeries or other physical conditions where intense breathing could pose a risk.

If any of these apply to you, please reach out to me ahead of time so I can provide alternative breathing techniques to ensure your experience is safe and supportive.

My goal is to help you remember who the F! you are. Everything is energy. All lives are important. Black lives matter. Queer lives matter. All bodies deserve care, dignity, and support.
