  • The 4 Biological Stress Responses: Go beyond "fight or flight" to understand the predictable states of Flight, Fight, Freeze, and Flop, how to recognize them in yourself, and what you actually need .

  • How to Read Your Body’s Signals (Interoception): Your body is constantly sending you data. You’ll learn how to notice these signals before your system gets overwhelmed, giving you more choice in how you respond.

  • State-Specific Tools That Actually Work: Discover why some regulation practices fall flat when you're activated. You’ll get simple, effective tools designed for specific biological states, not just for when you're already calm.

  • A Foundation for Lasting Change: This isn't like taking a magic pill. You will be creating a foundation of regulation. You will learn how to support neuroplasticity (the brain's ability to truly change).

Hi, I'm Wendy

I know what it’s like when your own biology feels like an obstacle.

My work is informed by my background in trauma-informed coaching and my deep fascination with our brain's wiring, especially in the context of neurodivergence.

As someone with ADHD, I have a lived understanding of this struggle. I know the frustration of having a clear vision for your life but feeling like your body is perpetually stuck on the wrong channel. As a mom of a special needs child, I know first hand what it is like to be caught between feeling agitated, overstimulated, and on the verge of completely shutting down but not able to do the things that I've been told will help.

I created this course because the conventional advice to "just chill", "just breathe", or "think positive" felt like a fundamental mismatch for how my brain and life actually operate. I needed a path that honors the reality that you can't use willpower to fix a system that's running on a depleted energy budget.

Regulate is that path. It’s the user manual I wish I’d always had. A path that’s science-backed, shame-free, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

I believe in easy practices that create lasting change, including somatics, psychedelics, mindset shifts, nervous system repair, and a little helping of magic. There is an unseen force (actually there are more than one) that shapes our lives. Science and spirituality are different sides of understanding (The explained vs the unexplained). My goal is to help you remember who the F! you are. Everything is energy. All lives are important. Black lives matter. Queer lives matter. All bodies deserve care, dignity, and support. When one of us suffers, we all suffer. And last but not least:
