I'm a researcher and ADHD coach who specializes in the intersection of microdosing and ADHD. I've spent thousands of hours studying neuroscience, metabolic ecology, and psychedelic therapeutics. I co-host the Psychedelic Revelations podcast and write the research-focused Wendy Goes Deep Substack.
