From burned-out occupational therapist to globally trained healer, Bridgette Ochoa’s journey into Ayurveda began in a bookstore and led her around the world. After earning her Master’s in Occupational Therapy and working for five years in the Western medical system, Bridgette experienced firsthand its limitations—especially when it came to holistic healing. A chance encounter with a book on Ayurveda sparked a multi-year personal and professional transformation.
She spent years solo traveling, cooking in spiritual retreat kitchens, and immersing herself in the ancient science of Ayurveda. Her studies culminated in a rigorous three-year Ayurveda Practitioner certification with the Belly Mind Institute under Eleni Tsikrikas. A near-death experience in 2019 solidified her devotion to this path, reminding her that life is too short to settle for anything less than deeply aligned, whole-body healing.
Today, Bridgette helps clients unravel the root causes of imbalance and disease, offering personalized support that blends lifestyle, nutrition, and deep emotional insight. Her work is rooted in relationship—she believes true healing happens in sacred, one-on-one spaces where mind and body are never treated in isolation. Bridgette’s practice is comprehensive, intuitive, and rooted in the timeless truth that everything is connected.
