The problem is that things aren't clear.
Getting Clarity is the first and most important step of building a business (or pretty much anything else).
While there are elements of creativity and adaptation that go into any project, starting a project without a vision of what the end is doesn't work well for most people. Let's take planning a vacation as an example.
If you don't know where you want to go, it's hard to get there.
Most new entrepreneurs struggle because they don't have a clear vision of where they are going. Now just like a vacation, things may and most likely will change, but you still need to start your planning with an end point in mind. Then as you begin to take action, you adjust and adapt as necessary... that can include changing your mind on the final destination, too!
Once you are certain of where you want to go, it's only a matter of getting all the steps detailed, taking action, then either continuing forward or tweaking your plans. And then, voila... you're at your destination and planning a new destination.
